Remember: Chief People Officers are people too.

Lately, I've been talking with a bunch of Chief People Officers (CPOs). I love the rise of this role over the past few years. They focus less on the nitty-gritty of HR and more on fostering a vibrant workplace culture and ensuring employee fulfillment. However, I've noticed a little hiccup: these passionate CPOs often don't have the time or resources to achieve their ambitious goals.

It's ironic, really. CPOs dedicate their days to crafting an equitable environment with opportunities and satisfied employees. Yet, they and their teams find themselves overworked and struggling with tight budgets, hindering their ability to make those game-changing moves.

So, take a moment and send your CPO some love. They probably need it.
